Medici Bank Receives Regulator Permission to Offer Custodial Accounts

Dec 6, 2020

Medici Bank has been granted permission to offer custodial accounts via a Trust division, marking a significant milestone in our journey to provide comprehensive financial solutions worldwide. With this approval, Medici will commence the build phase to launch custodial asset management services.

Custodial accounts, managed by Medici Bank's Trust Division, are designed to safeguard assets for individuals, businesses, and institutions. These accounts are ideal for managing investments, securing funds for future use, and ensuring the safekeeping of valuable assets under the stewardship of Medici Bank. Such assets are held off-balance-sheet as Medici has no rights to manage or invest such assets for its own benefit as a bank but, rather, is to act in a fiduciary capacity pursuant to instructions by clients.
